Goal: The goal of the project was to redesign the Public Site based on the findings and design direction from the earlier research and strategy project.

Role: I was primarily responsible for the overall design of the individuals and families experience, content strategy and usability testing. Additionally, I assisted the team in clarifying requirements and enhancing the design of the small business and prospective financial professionals’ experience.
