Goal: The goal of the project was to develop an experience strategy for SunGard Financial Systems whose web site had become disjointed and difficult to use.
Methods: A variety of methods were used to uncover needs and set direction including the use of:
• Stakeholder interviews
• Intercept interviews using Ethnio to recruit
• Eyetracking studies
• Content Modeling
Role: I was responsible for planning and executing all aspects of research and design for the Financial Systems site. The resulting strategy was to bring all of the product “microsites” under one design framework to promote understanding and consistency.
